IMMT Token Sale Rounds 💰

Private Sale Plan

After completing KYC for the IMMT team, 1% of the total token volume will be allocated for sale to KOLs at a price of $0.05 USD (totaling $100,000 USD in value, with a volume of 10 million tokens). The token vesting plan is as follows: 50% of the tokens will be distributed immediately, while the remaining 50% will undergo a 3-month lock-up period before distribution to minimize price pressure. 🔒

Fjord LBP (IDO) Plan

A total of 7% of the token volume will be sold to Fjord (with a volume of 70 million tokens), and the token price will be determined based on market demand. The token vesting schedule is identical to that of the private sales. Upon the conclusion of the sales and distribution of tokens, 50% of the volume will be made immediately available, while the remaining 50% will be distributed after a 3-month lock-up period. 🔐

Other DEX IDO

A total of 4% of the token volume (40 million tokens) will be allocated for sales through various IDO platforms such as PancakeSwap and ApeSwap. Details regarding the sales will be announced through future announcements. 📣
