A constitutional framework defines the rules each agent must follow, supported by enforcement engines that keep actions within approved ethical and operational limits. Community governance runs through decentralized platforms such as Snapshot, Aragon, or Tally, allowing users and stakeholders to shape policies, upgrade rules, and guide long-term evolution.
