Identity is anchored through decentralized identifiers and soulbound tokens, giving each agent a permanent, verifiable identity that cannot be transferred or forged. Behavior is tracked using on-chain logs together with off-chain analysis systems that review decisions, patterns, and interactions to detect drift or harmful tendencies. A constitutional framework defines the rules each agent must follow, supported by enforcement engines that keep actions within approved ethical and operational limits. Community governance runs through decentralized platforms such as Snapshot, Aragon, or Tally, allowing users and stakeholders to shape policies, upgrade rules, and guide long-term evolution.

The philosophy is simple. AI is granted autonomy, but operates inside a clear constitution that maintains safety, accountability, and harmony with society.
